Appointment times include consultation. Treatment may not last the full duration. If acute, you may only need a short amount of hands-on time and a follow up.
Please arrive and wait in the parking lane. Your practitioner will hear you arrive and collect you, so patients do not cross paths.

All current osteopathy, sports massage and holistic treatments. Personal training, sports therapy and a small rehab gym are coming soon.
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on manual therapy that improves structural and functional balance to reduce pain, enhance performance and accelerate rehabilitation. It is built on the principle that the body is an interconnected unit, where treating the root cause of dysfunction promotes natural healing.
Rather than just treating the symptom, osteopathy identifies what is driving the pain. A joint restriction, muscular tension, or a compensatory structural issue. Effective for back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica and joint pain.
Supports recovery from injury by improving mobility and strength in the affected areas. Safe for acute and chronic. Highly personalised, often used to bridge the gap between initial pain and full function.
Enhances movement efficiency by correcting imbalances, restoring joint mobility and optimising the musculoskeletal system. Helps prevent injury, improves flexibility and increases body awareness.
Uses techniques including cranial osteopathy to release tension and promote equilibrium in the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Considers how muscles, bones, ligaments and connective tissues work together.
Michelle has worked in clinical and sports environments for many years, gaining excellent experience with sports injuries and medical conditions. She qualified as a sports and holistic therapist in 2003, working with athletes from football, rugby and gym enthusiasts, to runners, gymnasts and weightlifters.
Whilst working within Peak Physio in Devon, Michelle wanted to take her career further with a more medical approach and chose Osteopathy. She studied for five years at the College of Osteopaths, accredited by Staffordshire University, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree with honours.
Michelle was nominated for the UK Rising Star award in Osteopathy by the Institute of Osteopathy. She won. Her learning continues: she is currently studying women's health, nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation at a much deeper level. Her aim is not only to treat pain, but to rehabilitate patients and help them with better choices at home, in nutrition and in how they move overall.
Chris has over 15 years of experience working with clients in the personal training industry. He has helped hundreds of clients transform, whether for weight loss or to become fitter and stronger.
As a specialist personal trainer he entered physique competitions to showcase his dedication and discipline, and won multiple times. He then became a sports therapist specialising in sports injuries and medical conditions, working in multiple clinics helping patients with pain, rehabilitation and to work on their strength in the gym.
Chris has a passion for whole-body health. Like Michelle, he believes that what we put in our body reflects our overall health. He loves coaching patients on all aspects of a better way of life.
Our osteopaths and rehabilitation specialists have years of experience in clinical and sports environments, with athletes and everyday clients alike.
